We use modern and progressive technologies and the most advanced solution procedures. As one of the few in the Czech Republic, we have experience with implementing solutions built on platforms such as Oracle BI, Oracle Fusion Middleware or Red Hat Fuse . However, we are also perfectly familiar with the products of other major IT suppliers such as the aforementioned Red Hat, Microsoft, IBM or Amazon.

Each order we submit begins with intensive cooperation with the client , where we thoroughly understand their internal processes, wishes and intentions. Our goal is to deliver a solution that fully meets their needs, optimizes their costs and increases their overall business efficiency.

Teams of experienced experts, including business analysts, solution architects, project managers and developers, work on projects in key areas. We have experience in customer support, both on the client side and on the delivery side in the form of classic (PRINCE 2, ITIL, TOGAF, etc.) or agile-oriented project management methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, SAFe). Our customer can therefore be sure that we will devote ourselves to their project from start to finish with all the strength of our long-term experience and honestly built know-how.

During our existence, we have convinced many clients of the quality of the GEM System solution . For example, we participated in the complete optimization of the system infrastructure of one of the largest domestic insurance companies , in the areas of Business Intelligence, data warehouses, Identity Management, B2B and ERP . GEM System participated in the delivery of a new eCommerce system for Česká spořitelna or participated in the development of a BI solution for the Controlling department of DOOSAN Škoda Power . In custom development projects, we participate in the development of robust international web portals in the areas of marketing and connectivity, especially in the automotive industry . These projects are closely developed on cloud technologies such as MS Azure or Amazon Web Services and are deployed in cloud centers around the world . Thanks to the combination of agile development methodologies and cloud technologies, we achieve, among other things, high reliability in projects (we operate the so-called "self healing architecture"), availability and responsiveness for end users.

GEM System systematically builds competence centers that are responsible for developing competencies in a given business area or key technology and are dedicated not only to developing the expert knowledge of the company and its employees, but also participate in the implementation of projects. Specialists for individual projects and orders are then selected from these competence centers.
