GEM MDM – a tool for recording personal and sensitive data, recording claims and purposes of using personal data (or consents to the use of sensitive data and their impact on sub-systems) and managing data subject requests.
Client Requests – a component to support process management and communication between the client and the company, represented by the Data Protection Officer. The component is implemented on the proprietary GEM Process Manager process platform designed for process modeling and management. GEM Process Manager includes its own GUI, as well as an integration interface for use in the background of the company's existing frontend applications. The solution includes sample processes for handling GDPR rights of clients.
Title and purpose evaluation – the component evaluates the status of client titles, purposes and consents and generates GDPR tasks (tasks for execution, e.g. deletion, listing, etc.) for the company's source systems
Reporting – the component provides the Data Protection Officer with outputs using Microsoft Reporting Services technology. Typical outputs are overview reports on the status of the GDPR solution, handling client requests, and handling GDPR tasks in source systems.
Sensitive Data Management – The component consists of two basic products – GEM Winch and Discovery. GEM Winch is a product designed to define the method of anonymizing, modifying or deleting personal data in specific company systems. Discovery is primarily designed to optimize the work of analysts in identifying personal data based on application data models.
GDPR Processes – GDIS platform for generating all GDPR tasks in source databases (list, deletion, anonymization, processing restriction, ...) based on the central anonymization model created in the "Sensitive Data Management" module.
Company information systems – this section represents the customer's data layer above which GDPR enforcement is implemented.
