Implementation of a new information system for the management of exam questions (IS SPOT) for the client Czech National Bank (ČNB)
The new information system for the management of exam questions (IS SPOT) for the client of the Czech National Bank is an application that is used both by internal users of the Czech National Bank (ČNB), as well as by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and representatives of accredited persons who are authorized to hold professional exams in accordance with the corresponding legal regulation . It is also available to the general public on the CNB website.
In the IS SPOT solution, all questions and case studies for individual exam sets, which are managed by the CNB Administrator and Expert, are imported for viewing by the Expert of the Ministry of Finance, the Language Proofreader and the Representative of the accredited person.
Within the application, it is possible to enter a change/modification of a question or case study, to request its elimination, or to propose a completely new question. These initiatives can be submitted by a CNB Expert, a MF Expert or a Representative of an accredited person.
The delivery included delivery of an implementation study (analysis), implementation, creation of test scenarios, training of internal CNB staff, subject managers and users of IS SPOT, testing, resolution of errors found in tests, cooperation during penetration tests, pilot, creation of documentation and import of historical data.
