GEM System announces re-qualification and acquisition of TISAX certification in 2025

TISAX represents a uniform standard recommended by all major players for the assessment of information security in the automotive industry.

TISAX defines best practice and sets uniform rules for safety. The TISAX standard was sponsored by the German automotive industry association VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie). The VDA established the evaluation criteria and certification rules in cooperation with the association of the European automotive industry: the European Network Exchange (ENX).

    GEM System proudly contributed to Raiffeisenbank's success in creating an innovative IT platform for assessing loan applications, which won the prestigious Digital CX Awards 2024. Our advanced technology and professional know-how enabled the bank to reduce the time of assessing clients' creditworthiness to just 28 seconds and provide loan products completely online. Through the implementation of external data sources and machine learning, it was possible to significantly improve the accuracy of risk assessment, increase the efficiency of processes and provide customers with a superior digital experience.

    Our solution not only meets the highest security standards and data protection principles, but also enables Raiffeisenbank to fully utilize the potential of a multi-channel approach. The bank can now seamlessly switch between online and offline channels, provide personalized care and use all available customer data more efficiently. Together with Raiffeisenbank, we plan to further develop this platform into the area of ​​mortgage loans, which will ensure continuous growth and innovation in the field of digital financial services.

    Raiffeisenbank won a prestigious award for its new platform for providing retail loans. It can assess a client's request in 28 seconds

    During the last two years, Raiffeisenbank has developed a new IT platform that significantly facilitates the assessment of the situation of clients applying for a loan. Thanks to this innovation, previously lengthy processes are shortened to less than half a minute. The platform was awarded this year in the Digital CX Awards 2024 for an exceptionally positive digital customer experience. Raiffeisenbank uses the platform for processing applications for consumer loans, credit cards and overdrafts in mobile and internet banking, but also for applications submitted by clients via the bank's website. Raiffeisenbank's new platform shortens the assessment time to an average of 28 seconds and allows the loan to be granted completely online, which significantly increases customer comfort. Thanks to the use of external data sources and machine learning, the bank can quickly and accurately evaluate the riskiness and creditworthiness of clients. An important element of the platform is its ability to adapt to the individual needs of clients. An important factor in shortening the processing time is then the system's ability to easily switch between online and offline channels, so that the entire decision on granting loans is much more efficient. In addition, the platform was designed with security and data protection in mind.
